We are a made to order company. Any orders received would be handmade and personalized and will ship out to you once completed. Please allow 7 days for order fulfillment on a order of 50 items or less. If you are ordering a bulk order of 51 items or more please allow 16 day turn around period as all of our items are handmade and personalized. Which is also disclosed to you upon finalizing your purchase. Items that are not custom will ship within 3-5 business days.

Return / Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
If item has been custom made for you with custom text you provided, the item will not be elegible for a return or refund. Although we know you will be happy with your purchase. Our products are of great quality and every detail is precisely placed to perfection.
All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase / the return form provided and item with tags. To process a return please reach out to us via phone or email.

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
